-All Printed Items are Printed in Cardstock Paper and will only be shipped once approved by the customer. Please read Below for further Details.

- Digital Invites are Available in Size 4 inch x 6 inch or 5 inch x 7 inch
- 1 E-Invite per Order, If you need a second E-invite in a different language you must purchase 2. Send us a message for a discount code.
- All Digital Invitations Come with 1 Free Revision(this excludes any mistake made by Shop), if customer needs an additional revision customer must purchase a $4 revision fee that comes with 3 additional revisions.
- Wording can be changed/modified per customer request
- Revisions can take an additional 24-48 Hours
- All Designs have matching items( toppers, backdrops..ect , please ask)
- Only available in size 5 inch x 7 inch
- Printed Invitations are Printed on Thick Card-stock Paper Matte.
- All Printed Orders come with White Envelopes.
- Colors in Printed Design may look different when printed.
- Only one revision can be made(this excludes any mistake by the shop). If customer needs an additional Revision done , Customer must purchase a Revision fee of $4 which includes 3 additional revisions.

- Once the Proof is approved by Customer, we can no longer Revise a brand new template. If you need it Revised you must purchase a new design fee of $6.49.
- Please keep in mind, if you keep requesting a revision, item will take longer to be shipped. Revisions usually take us an additional 24-48 hours, this will only extend your shipping longer.
- After Customer Approves DIGITAL JPG File, Your Item will be Shipped with in 3- Business days, Once we drop Package to Center,delivery may take longer especially on a holiday, So please keep in mind delivery can take up to 1-2 weeks.
- If you need your order expediated you must purchase a $20 EXPEDIATED fee, delivery should be within 1-2 days. If you need this please let us know and we can send you link to purchase the expediated service.
- All Shipping is done with United States Postal Service.
- We ship only to USA and CANADA, All orders shipped to Canada have to purchase an additional International fee of $15. You will be contacted to purchase this fee once transaction is processed.

- 1-2 Hours- Digital Order will be sent to your email with in this time frame. (During Shop Hours)
Proof will be emailed to customer with in 24-48 Hours after Purchase, once the Proof is approved by customer, Printed Invitations will be shipped in 1 week after proof is approved by the Customer. Shipping is free, PRIORITY MAIL USPS Service only.
If you need your item rushed there is a $ 20 Express Shipping fee that must be purchased. Please contact us for this info at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once this fee is purchased , proof will be emailed with in 12-24 Hours. Once Customer approves proof , Item will be shipped out Next Day. Should Arrive in 1-2 days. All Printed orders will be provided with a tracking number.
Orders can only be refunded if item has not been delivered. Once Item is delivered we can not refund your money.
